These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AKK Spices website (akkspices.in and its sub-pages, "the Website") and any order, pre-booking or distributor sign-up you make through it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About AKK Spices
AKK Spices is a home-grown food business based in Samastipur, Bihar, making turmeric, red chilli and dhaniya (coriander) powder. We are a registered MSME food business. Our retail shop officially opens on 8 November 2026. Orders placed before that date are dispatched after opening — see Section 4 below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order, pre-book a product, or sign up as a distributor/partner on this Website. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
- All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
- Product images are for representation. Since our spices are a natural product, minor variation in colour, aroma or texture between batches is normal and is not a defect.
- We try to keep stock information accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
Retail orders (Shop): You pay by UPI at checkout (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app) for the amount shown. Your order is confirmed once your payment reaches us, and we will message you on WhatsApp. Orders placed before our official opening on 8 November 2026 are dispatched after opening, and we will tell you the expected date. If we are unable to fulfil an order, the amount you paid is refunded in full.
Distributor/Partner Kits: For approved distributor accounts, orders placed through the Partner Dashboard are billed as described in the Distribution Information shown at sign-up. Kit payments are made by UPI (or by Bank Transfer / Cash, as agreed with us). Your order is confirmed once we receive and acknowledge the payment.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch confirmed orders promptly and deliver across India, subject to serviceability of your location. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout/on the Website and are indicative, not guaranteed. Any delivery charges applicable will be shown to you before you confirm payment.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
As spices are a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once a pack has been opened, except where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the product/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Distributor / Partner Program
Distributor and partner accounts are subject to approval by AKK Spices and to the specific Distribution Information (kit pricing, opening order value, and payment terms) shown during sign-up and on the Partner Dashboard. AKK Spices does not guarantee any level of sales, profit or return to a distributor or partner. Becoming a distributor/partner does not create an employment, agency or franchise relationship between you and AKK Spices unless separately agreed in writing.
8. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to keep product, pricing and other information on the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Website is free of errors, omissions or typographical mistakes. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an unconfirmed order, we will inform you before proceeding.
9. Intellectual Property
The AKK Spices name, logo, and all text, images and design on this Website are the property of AKK Spices (or its licensors) unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AKK Spices' liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, unavailability of stock, or use of the Website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [city/district to be added], Bihar.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as we move from pre-launch to full operation. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

ये नियम एवं शर्तें ("शर्तें") AKK Spices की वेबसाइट (akkspices.in और इसके सभी उप-पृष्ठ, "वेबसाइट") के उपयोग पर तथा इसके ज़रिए किए गए किसी भी ऑर्डर, प्री-बुकिंग या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर साइन-अप पर लागू होती हैं। वेबसाइट का उपयोग करने या ऑर्डर देने पर आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। कृपया इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. AKK Spices के बारे में
AKK Spices समस्तीपुर, बिहार में स्थित एक घरेलू खाद्य व्यवसाय है, जो हल्दी, लाल मिर्च और धनिया पाउडर बनाता है। हम एक पंजीकृत MSME खाद्य व्यवसाय हैं। हमारी रिटेल शॉप आधिकारिक रूप से 8 नवंबर 2026 को खुल रही है। इस तारीख़ से पहले दिए गए ऑर्डर शुरुआत के बाद भेजे जाते हैं — नीचे सेक्शन 4 देखें।
2. पात्रता
इस वेबसाइट पर ऑर्डर देने, किसी प्रोडक्ट की प्री-बुकिंग करने, या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर/पार्टनर के रूप में साइन अप करने के लिए आपकी उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आप कानूनी रूप से बाध्यकारी अनुबंध में प्रवेश करने में सक्षम होने चाहिए। यदि आप किसी व्यवसाय की ओर से ऑर्डर दे रहे हैं, तो आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आपके पास ऐसा करने का अधिकार है।
3. प्रोडक्ट, कीमत और उपलब्धता
- दिखाई गई सभी कीमतें भारतीय रुपये (₹) में हैं और ऑर्डर कन्फर्म होने तक बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदल सकती हैं।
- प्रोडक्ट की तस्वीरें केवल प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए हैं। चूँकि हमारे मसाले एक प्राकृतिक उत्पाद हैं, इसलिए अलग-अलग बैचों में रंग, सुगंध या बनावट में मामूली अंतर सामान्य है और इसे खराबी नहीं माना जाएगा।
- हम स्टॉक की जानकारी सही रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन ऑर्डर कन्फर्म होने तक उपलब्धता की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।
4. ऑर्डर और भुगतान
रिटेल ऑर्डर (Shop): आप checkout पर दिखाई गई रकम UPI से (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm या कोई भी UPI ऐप) चुकाते हैं। आपका भुगतान हमें मिलते ही ऑर्डर कन्फर्म माना जाता है और हम आपको WhatsApp पर मैसेज करते हैं। हमारे आधिकारिक शुभारंभ (8 नवंबर 2026) से पहले दिए गए ऑर्डर शुभारंभ के बाद भेजे जाते हैं, और संभावित तारीख़ हम आपको बता देंगे। अगर हम कोई ऑर्डर पूरा नहीं कर पाते, तो आपकी चुकाई गई पूरी रकम लौटा दी जाती है।
डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर/पार्टनर किट: approved डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर अकाउंट के लिए, Partner Dashboard से दिए गए ऑर्डर साइन-अप के समय दिखाई गई Distribution Information के अनुसार बिल किए जाते हैं। किट का भुगतान UPI से (या हमारे साथ तय अनुसार Bank Transfer / Cash से) किया जाता है। हमें भुगतान मिलने और हमारे द्वारा उसकी पुष्टि करने पर ऑर्डर कन्फर्म माना जाता है।
5. डिलीवरी
हमारा प्रयास रहता है कि कन्फर्म ऑर्डर जल्दी भेजे जाएँ और पूरे भारत में डिलीवर किए जाएँ, बशर्ते आपकी लोकेशन पर सेवा उपलब्ध हो। checkout/वेबसाइट पर दिखाई गई डिलीवरी समयसीमा अनुमानित है, गारंटीशुदा नहीं। लागू कोई भी डिलीवरी शुल्क पेमेंट कन्फर्म करने से पहले आपको दिखाया जाएगा।
6. रद्दीकरण, रिटर्न और रिफंड
चूँकि मसाले एक उपभोग्य खाद्य उत्पाद हैं, इसलिए पैक खुलने के बाद हम रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं करते, सिवाय इसके कि प्रोडक्ट डिलीवरी पर डैमेज्ड, खराब या ग़लत हो। अगर आपका ऑर्डर डैमेज्ड, खराब हालत में या आपके ऑर्डर से अलग आता है, तो कृपया डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर अपने ऑर्डर की जानकारी और यदि संभव हो तो प्रोडक्ट/पैकेजिंग की फ़ोटो के साथ हमसे संपर्क करें। हम अपने विवेक से रिप्लेसमेंट या रिफंड की व्यवस्था करेंगे। डिस्पैच होने से पहले ऑर्डर रद्द किया जा सकता है, जैसा हमारी Refund व Cancellation Policy में बताया गया है।
7. डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर / पार्टनर प्रोग्राम
डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर और पार्टनर अकाउंट, AKK Spices की मंज़ूरी और साइन-अप तथा Partner Dashboard पर दिखाई गई विशेष Distribution Information (किट कीमत, opening order value, और भुगतान शर्तें) के अधीन हैं। AKK Spices किसी भी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर या पार्टनर को बिक्री, मुनाफ़े या रिटर्न के किसी भी स्तर की गारंटी नहीं देता। डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर/पार्टनर बनने से आपके और AKK Spices के बीच रोज़गार, एजेंसी या फ़्रैंचाइज़ी का संबंध नहीं बनता, जब तक कि इसे अलग से लिखित रूप में सहमत न किया जाए।
8. जानकारी की सटीकता
हम वेबसाइट पर प्रोडक्ट, कीमत और अन्य जानकारी को सही व अपडेट रखने की उचित कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन यह गारंटी नहीं देते कि वेबसाइट में कोई त्रुटि, चूक या टाइपिंग की ग़लती नहीं होगी। अगर किसी unconfirmed ऑर्डर में कीमत या लिस्टिंग की ग़लती मिलती है, तो आगे बढ़ने से पहले हम आपको सूचित करेंगे।
9. बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property)
AKK Spices का नाम, लोगो, और इस वेबसाइट पर मौजूद सभी टेक्स्ट, तस्वीरें व डिज़ाइन, जब तक अन्यथा न बताया जाए, AKK Spices (या उसके लाइसेंसदाता) की संपत्ति हैं, और हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना इन्हें कॉपी, पुनः प्रस्तुत या उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।
10. दायित्व की सीमा
कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, किसी भी ऑर्डर से संबंधित AKK Spices का दायित्व उस ऑर्डर के मूल्य तक सीमित है। देरी, स्टॉक की अनुपलब्धता, या वेबसाइट के उपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं, सिवाय उन मामलों के जहाँ लागू भारतीय कानून के तहत ऐसा दायित्व सीमित नहीं किया जा सकता।
11. लागू कानून
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। इन शर्तों या वेबसाइट के आपके उपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी विवाद पर [शहर/ज़िला जोड़ा जाना है], बिहार की अदालतों का अधिकार क्षेत्र लागू होगा।
12. इन शर्तों में बदलाव
हम समय-समय पर इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं, जैसे जब हम pre-launch से पूर्ण संचालन की ओर बढ़ेंगे। इस पेज के ऊपर दी गई "आख़िरी अपडेट" तारीख नवीनतम संशोधन दर्शाएगी। बदलाव पोस्ट होने के बाद वेबसाइट का उपयोग जारी रखने का मतलब है कि आप अपडेट की गई शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।
